Judging Information and Process
Each entry is assessed against the judging criteria by a panel of independent judges.
Here is a brief overview of the judging process:
- Entries are submitted online via the online entry system and must comply with the eligibility and judging criteria. Entries that do not comply with the requirements in the opinion of the judges may be ineligible or at the option of the judges, judged under a different category to which the submission was originally entered. IPWEA-QNT will contact the nominee should this situation occur.
- Deliberation - After entries close the judging period commences one week after the closing date. No submissions will be accepted after the final closing date.
- During the judging period, judging is solely on the submission provided via the online entry system.
- Submissions at the judges discretion can be allocated an entry into another category deemed applicable. The nominee will be notified of this allocation.
- The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into by the Judges or IPWEA-QNT.
- Winners announced – Winners will be announced at the Excellence Awards Gala Dinner.
